1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Optimus Digital Consulting Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.on-flow.co.uk website ("the Site").

These Terms do not govern the use of the On Flow SaaS platform itself. The use of our software is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or Customer Agreement, which will be provided to you and must be agreed upon before an account is created and access is granted.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United Kingdom.
